De Nigris Original Balsamic Glaze with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, 8.5 fl oz

I absolutely crave balsamic vinegar on lots of things I love to eat , tomatoes, mozzarella, fried green tomatoes but my absolute favorite is roasted Brussel sprouts. This glaze has just the right consistency, sticking to the food and not running and dripping off on my clothes!!! Totally worth it, the taste is amazing!!!!

I've wanted to buy some balsamic vinegar glaze ever since I had it at a restaurant on tomatoes, mozzarella, and fresh basil, so tasty. Found this one reasonably priced with good reviews. As soon as it arrived I immediately opened it to smell and taste it. Smells just like it should, delicious balsamic vinegar! Taste is great too! Perfectly sweet and thick not watery. I used some on a tomato sandwich yum! It's also delightful on chicken! My basil plant is about ready to be harvested so I'll definitely be using this glaze to make caprese salad. The bottle says- "We recommend to use glaze as a condiment, dip, garnish, grilling sauce. Original is delicious on: Pasta salads, roasted meats, cheeses, and desserts." Wow, I had no idea it could be used for so many things and I'm excited to try different recipes using this glaze! I also love that it's shelf stable, no fridge just store in a cool, dry place away from direct light and heat source (stated on back of bottle). this balsamic glaze is exactly what I've been searching for, it did not disappoint. Anything I added to is totally enhanced. tastes great and fresh vegetables like cucumbers, and an out of the world added taste to roasted brussel sprouts, would make anyone a fan.

This glaze is delicious. I bought it to make a village salad akin to one we recently had in a mediterranean bistro. You mix chopped and seeded red peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes with red onion and parsley mixed with a little olive oil, lemon juice, and oregano. Then, after you plate it, you drizzle some of this on the top and put a little feta cheese on it. this is very refreshing and not cloyingly sweet. I like it more than a much more expensive gourmet balsamic glaze I bought a few years ago.

This is a great finishing sauce with wonderful taste and just the right consistency for drizzling over food without thinning out for beautiful presentation.

I love the top. It's not the typical cork. It's a little dispenser so you can drizzle as much as you like.

Tastes very good on my various salads but this is my first time purchasing a glaze type of balsamic vinegar so I have no prior experience with it. It is quite sweet. I will continue to buy it.

I cannot tell you about the flavour of this product because I will not taste something that came to me without a safety seal! All I had to do was raise the cap and it was ready to pour!! it arrived this way! I have no way of knowing if it's been tampered with or not therefore I will not be using it. I can't tell if it's been opened or not scary thought
