This is also a great chainsaw for when you need to climb trees and cut off branches. Pros: - The included 2.5Ah battery provides plenty of life. You can cut through a lot of stuff before the battery dies. - Not even close to being as noisy as a gas-powered chainsaw. Good for use in residential and high-traffic areas. - It’s pretty lightweight and easy to hold. - Cuts through everything. Even trees that are up to 18”-20” thick. Just cut from both sides. - The double action trigger prevents accidental chain engagement. Plus, the chain isn’t freely spinning when idling. - The included chain tightening tool stores directly on the chainsaw. Cons: - The cutting oil leaks out when you are not using it. You need to keep a rag under it to absorb the oil. Over all, this electric chainsaw exceeded expectations. It can be used to cut limbs, branches, wood posts, tree trunks, and more. Even large diameter trees (24” ) have been cut down with this small tool (you just have to work it a bit). 100% recommend this for anyone needing a small chainsaw to get tasks done around a yard, acreage, or farm.

I always wanted to have a chainsaw at home,but i never bought one because Of the size, fuel storage and maintenance. But I just got this new 10" Battery one and I'm in love with it. Excellent light and strong design, it is so light that i can hold it with one hand Very powerful, I have some branches of OAk for my smoker, that was always An issue to cut it, but with this saw I just had it all cut in les than 10 minutes. It is also great to trim the trees of my house. And to cut some lumber for projects. One of the best qualities is that is not as noisy and a Gas Chainsaw. This is far better than a Gas Chainsaw especially if you own a house.

The Hart ten inch chain saw is the perfect tool to have for pruning jobs around the yard. I have used bigger chainsaws in the past and find them truly intimidating. This small hand held chainsaw is very lightweight and feels very comfortable in your hand. I absolutely love that it’s battery operated and requires no gas. I was worried the battery would not hold a charge for very long but it stood the test of time. I have used it for trimming my pine trees that usually have lower branches that are dead and it zipped right through them. I have also used it for trimming bushes around the property and it was perfect for cutting small logs for my fire pit. It required small assemble and some chain oil and a charge of the battery and it was ready for work. I am definitely impressed with this cordless chainsaw and will definitely be putting it to a lot of use throughout the yard.

I love HART products, especially this 10" chainsaw! It cuts thick branches with ease, just as long as you have bar and chain oil in it. The size is perfect and not too heavy.

Lightweight, easy to use, battery seems to last a long time so far. It took on some bigger tasks than we expected and worked wonderfully. No stinky gas smell is a bonus, too! The chainsaw did not come with any chainsaw oil. Not sure if that is normal? Had to grab some before using. All and all, this will get the job done!

I bought this to prune some trees around my home. It's a compact saw that makes easy work of tough cuts. it's a great deal, powerful, compact and easy to store. the saw suitable for pruning and cutting small branches. Overall, operation is smooth and the saw cut easily .It is a nice small saw with good function and features.

The saw works well when I use my own battery, the battery that came with the unit will not take a charge.

My husband has many Hart tools, however, he did not have the chainsaw. I decided to get it for him for Christmas, butThe chiansaw will not turn on. The charged battery was placed on it but would not make any noise at all.

When we received this chainsaw the battery would not charge Called Hart for a replacement battery I was told a week later that it will take at least an additional week to ship the battery. So in the end I have a chainsaw I might get to use 3 weeks after it was purchased.
