I enjoyed the flavor it wasn't to strong and you could taste the strawberries. It did seem like it helped me sleep a lot better than I normally do. I wasn't so restless as I normally am so I will definitely be trying more of these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a strawberry packet you mix with 8 oz of water and drink before bed. It has an artificial taste, but isn't horrible. It helped me relax and sleep well after a headache. I'm not sure I'd use it regularly because I'm not a fan of mixing flavor packets, but it's a decent product

All you have to do is put the powder in 8 oz of water and stir it in. The taste was a little bad but if you chug it fast, you won't have to bear it that much. Sadly I wish it did help me sleep but since it didn't, I won't buy this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It seemed to help calm me a bit to help me fall Asleep.It had a slightly thicker texture to it and the taste is like a watered down strawberry flavor. Reminds me of the hydration drinks. If those are your thing then this is for you .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave this 3 stars because it tastes terrible to me. It is flavored like those strawberry candies your grandparents have, but salty and with a slight viscosity. If you like the artificial strawberry flavor, you might love this. It did help me sleep. After taking this supplement I was asleep within 30 minutes and I slept quite well. Besides the bad flavor (to me), I also see that they use carmine as a coloring agent and after researching, it looks like carmine is made from bugs, ew. Overall, I would not buy these in the future. I found the taste disgusting and I'd rather just take melatonin, which is in this supplement anyways.

While the electrolytes provide hydration, it threw me off because of the aftertaste. The melatonin didn't aid in my falling asleep after a headache and theanine didn't relax me. . While I like the product Excedrin, I will not purchase either the Sleep+ or Focus+ supplement mix.
