Great for keeping your blood sugar in check.
Erythritol is a good sugar substitute for baking low carb cookies. II have been using it for a long time but I like the tast. It is rather pricey but this brand was the best deal that I found.

This is the same to us as any other Erythritol. We use it in our iced coffee, but we grind it in a spice/coffee grinder to turn it into powdered sugar consistency. Otherwise it takes a long time to melt and mix in anything cold.

Great Value for Sweetener
I'm very happy with the price of this product compared to other retailers. I ordered on-line to pick up in the store. The guaranteed two day delivery was not met and Customer Service promptly sent me a $5 e-card. Thank you. It's easy to order on line and no problems to pick up at the local store for free shipping.

Clean ingredients sweetner
This taste super, to use in place of sugar. it DOES NOT raise Blood sugar! It's very easy to cook with in sweets.

Size matters
The 3 pound bag is a timesaver and a money saver I would recommend.. I ordered two bags so I no longer have to run to the stores, it's an excellent product. I use it in all my baking and cooking.

sugar substitute
This is a good product. I didn't rate it 5 stars because you have to use a lot more of it to get the same sweetness as other sugar substitutes. It looks, feels and tastes like sugar with no aftertaste.

I ordered the wrong type. This is ok for baking but it has an after taste like some of the other sugars with tea or coffee.

it is not sweet and even if you double or triple the amount the recipe calls for it is still not sweet after you bake it.
