looks and taste like sugar! yeah, the price is a bit higher but after hearing so much about regular sugar, I decided to use this for my coffee. I'll update or let Walmart shoppers know if something comes up that I don't like.

This stuff is pretty cool. Xylitol is known to kill gingivitis. It's like my mom said, “that makes it worth its own weight in gold”. -Mom I'd buy it again %26 probably will.

Tastes like sugar, no aftertaste or mystery notes on the palet. Pricey, but it keeps me from sneaking sugar. It is similarly granular to sugar but less dense, lighter. To my taste, it seems that it's about 1 1/2 tspn to equal sweetness of 1 tspn if sugar.

I like this because it isnt grainy like most xylitols are. This is more powdery. Also the birch is the best you can get. Regular xyiltol is corn based which makes it full of GMO's. I use this sparingly. For my coffee, I use 1 teaspoon xylitol and 1 teaspoon of raw organic sugar. whatever the sugar calls for in a recipe, i half it. so half xylitol and half sugar. I dont like Stevia so I do this instead. CAUTION to PET OWNERS: Do NOT let your pets eat this. Very deadly. I keep mine sealed and completely out of reach just in case they decide to scavenge thru food if i am not around.

I decided to try xylitol and to quit using stevia. This tastes just like sugar and so much healthier, and better for teeth!😁👍🏻

If your tired of sugar and it's ill effects. Try This. Some people say it has an after taste. I have not noticed.

as a diabetic this product helps me feel like I'm still sugaring up my coffee everyday. powder cream 1 tsp., then 3 tsp. Brich suger and I'm good.

Love this healthy alternative to sugar. Only negative is sooo expensive. $32 for a 5pd bag. But still cheapest I've found. Wish healthy options would be closer to the less healthy options in price.

The package now says xylitol for ingredients and no longer specifically says birch xylitol. Very disappointed in this. I have been getting this for quite some time now. The packaging says plant based sugar alternative.

The package was advertised to be "Birch Xylitol". I received a package that says "Birch or Hardwood Trees". This is false advertising.
