I got a special price for buying 2. They are sturdy and well made. Easy to clean.
Fast shipping. Arrives the next day and the item works great to slice my strawberries for freeze drying and dehydrating. Very good quality.
All metal, corrosion resistant materials and easy to use. Wires are sturdy enough for long life, unlike the plastic slicer I had before that had thin, weak wires that gave out. To get smaller egg pieces, just slice then turn the egg 90 degrees and slice again. Great on salads. Slicer is easy to clean too.
I love this and easy to use.
Works fine at slicing eggs.
Great price for two. Works perfectly. I use this item for dicing and slicing hard boiled eggs, mushrooms, kiwis and strawberries.
My really old slicer was plastic, recently learned I could slice black olives with it. The plastic broke, hopefully this will endure
Bought this slicer to use in making Egg Salad for sandwiches, or for potato salad, etc. I noticed when I opened it it said it would slice soft vegies as well, so today as I was making my Spaghetti Sauce, I decided to see if it would slice them, beautiful slices came out and gave ease to sautéing them, because of their uniform size. Definitely recommend this to anyone who enjoys cooking, but need to ease some of the steps in your recipes.
Have only used egg slicer once. It worked well but it's a little small. Good if you just want round egg slices. My old egg slicer sliced egg 1 way then it was made to turn egg and slice egg the other way. It kind of diced egg which made it good for making egg salad.
It smashed the eggs and strawberries we tried in it. We actually threw it away! We were really disappointed in it.
