Day 3, and I've already seen results. I tell you these Her Own-Debloat Gummies did work for me. What I like best about them is they worked to help me get that excessive water weight off throughout the day, and helped to regulate good bowel movements. The ingredients are good, but it does contain green tea, which is known to have caffeine, to give you a boost of energy. The gummies are very soft and chewy. It barely tastes as if it has any sugar, but the tropical flavor is very good. Yummy! I like to take the gummies first thing early in the morning and drink plenty of water along with a good diet and exercise. About a couple of weeks ago, I looked into the mirror and saw good results. My belly was flatter and my thighs were shrinking. Wow! I saw good results in shedding that excessive water weight, and looked slender. By taking these gummies on a daily basis, I saw it was actually working to keep my weight down. Excellent! Overall, I love The Her Own-Debloat Gummies. It helped shed that excess water I had been experiencing around my waistline and hip areas, keeps me looking slim, and energetic. Oh, yes! I definitely love these gummies!

Very good lose a lot of weight

I started taking the Her Own Debloat gummies about a week before I expected to get my period. Typically, about a week prior and during, I get very bloated, retain water, feel uncomfortable, cramp, headaches, etc. I did notice less bloat, less tenderness and I did not feel like I was retaining a lot of water like I usually feel after using these gummies. I do think these helped several of my symptoms, so I would definitely continue use. The instructions say to take two gummies daily, which is super easy and they tasted good. One of the things I like the most about the ingredients is that there is no added sugar unlike a lot of other gummy supplements, so this is a huge plus for me. The only thing I am unsure of is whether these are meant to be taken everyday or just leading up to your menstrual cycle. I will definitely take these leading up to and during my menstrual cycle; I do not think I need them every single day. One bottle has 30 servings, so if you take them everyday, the bottle will last a month.

These gummies taste pretty good, you can definitely smell the Apple cider vinegar, but they don’t taste sour. They taste fruity, but I feel like I get a little of the green tea too. I have been taking them for a couple of weeks, and have not really noticed the de-bloating effect so much. I do notice it somewhat, but it’s not dramatic. I may be having a feeling of more energy though, which is more important to me. I got a lot of stuff done yesterday and didn’t feel beat up at the end of the day like I normally would. I have noticed that I have been having a lot of gas lately, I don’t know if that is from these gummies or not, but it seems like it coincides with when I started taking them.

I'm here to say that these work really fast! I started actually taking these around my time of the month and yes,I was really bloated also in pain so I didn't feel good. These gummies came right on time so I took two as instructed and I couldn't believe by the end of my day i wasn't hurting and felt better plus I noticed the next day I didn't feel bloated at all so my clothes wasn't tight feeling which made me me feel better! They did make me go to the bathroom some but it was worth it and stabilize my mood so these are recommended.

These gummies taste fine. I like that it has citrus fkavor and sugary like the usual gummues. When I first trued it, I had bad gas. A few minutes later I started passinf flatus/gas. Did burped too and felt comfortable. I like the ingredients in this gummy, most are natural. So far its been okay.

Arrived in a timely manner. Packaged very well. I have been using Her Own Debloat Gummies for two weeks and they arrived just in time for my monthly visitor. I am very impressed on how my stomach DID NOT swell up at this time of the month. I usually look 6 months pregnant lol. Very impressed and I have been recommending this product to my friends who suffer with bloating.

These only made me have to constantly go to the bathroom. I believe I actually became dehydrated from them and I would get a headache every time I took them. They did not work for me but not everyone is the same so they might work for others.
