I had never tried it. I didn't know that it existed. I was looking for something to add to strawberry buttercream frosting. It has a great taste. I'm planning on using some in my smoothies. It's a great value for the money.

I've been buying this brand of strawberry powder for years now and I was disappointed when I could not find it for several months. now it's back and I have to tell you the flavor is outstanding, mixes well and the possibilities are endless. no added sugar which is a big Plus in my book because if I wanted sugar I would have ordered strawberry powder with sugar. other brands are just not up to par and the prices are outrageous besides.

Tastes very good. I used it in: smoothies, pancakes and tofu. Takes just a little bit to create the flavor I want. Will buy again!

Unfortunately it said all natural but when I got the bag the bag says that it can cause cancer. I got this to make natural strawberry milk however it doesn't emulsify properly in the milk. Good for shakes or yogurt.
