dandelion
have been taking dandelion for years. these say take 3 but the mg is sufficient if i just take 1 or 2 daily

Provides relief
The dandelion pills were recommended under diuretic information that would possibly eliminate or improve the condition of my feet Which was swelling and it has done a reasonable job. I take 2- pills a day one in the morning at breakfast and one in the evening after dinner. went ahead and bought the large container, saving additional money. Thank you. RDAj

It helps your urinary tract system - so being in my 50's that's a plus - it also provides my mother with the same at 85 - easy to take- doesn't have a taste
