Works for me!
I have a medical condition and these have been helping! I Take 3 tablets, 2x a day. Zero stomach issues with this medication, like I have experienced with other products in the past.

ECGC Green tea capsules work as advertised
I am pleased with the results of decreased lower back and hip pain and have decreased weight of 3 pounds in a week. The capsules are easy to swallow as I have a narrow trachea so a cup of warm turmeric tea helps.

Cautiously optimistic that this is helping my joint pain and maybe mental acuity? I have been taking it about 2 months. I only take a third of the recommended dose based on what I researched on google.

Not as affective as other brands and doesn't seem to work very well. Ive had other brands that don't require to take 2 to 3 pills at a time. Plua this one has a higher MG than others and shows no sign of working.
