Great to curb appetite, easy to digest and was not expensive but you may get some jitters from this of course because of the caffeine, it lasted all day for me so its strong but it did not take any pain away.

I take 2 capsules every morning on an empty stomach, as directed. It is formulated with green coffee bean extract which is a natural metabolism and appetite suppressor. It definitely helps curb hunger and helps boost my energy all day.

Took as directed and found myself with less of an appetite and had more energy without the intake of a caffeinated beverage! Too soon to notice any weight loss but highly recommend with any fat burner to exercise daily to see faster results.

It doesn't actively burn fat like the bottle might say but it helps curb your hunger or any desire to eat so you can burn fat. You don't really taste the pill unless it's in your mouth for long.

I took them for a couple weeks and didn't necessarily notice any "fat burning" as I didn't lose weight or anything, but I do think they increased my energy a bit. It's not something I'd regularly spend my money on unless I had results within a couple weeks, hence the 3/5 stars.
