I've tried a few different magnesium glycinate for sleep, but I wouldn't consider me a magnesium glycinate connoisseur (lol) This one works really well and makes you sleepy enough to fall and stay asleep, but not so sleepy that you're groggy in the morning. A serving is 4 capsules for 500mg. I take all 4, but my husband and 13yr old son take 2 and it does what you're probably buying it for!

I need help going back to sleep after waking up between 2 and 5 AM most mornings. This was recommended to me by a co-worker and by the Nurse Practitioner at the gynecologist. I did awaken but I has able to fall back asleep. The big problem is remembering to take it. That is not the fault of anyone but me. So when I use it the quality and quantity of sleep is better.
