Amazing flour!!

maja May 24, 2026

This review is little late bc I ordered this flour in March… I bake a lot of sourdough bread, and I always use KA bread flour. I came across this flour on your website and wanted to try it out. I was little skeptical since this is AP flour and not bread flour but honestly I didn't see any difference in my bread. One difference (positive one) was that my bulk fermentation was actually shorter by an hr bc it's a high altitude flour. I even use this flour to feed my starter bc it's unbleached. I have placed another order today.

High Altitude Hungarian AP Unbleached Flour.

Anonymous March 30, 2026

Don't let the name fool you, this flour is from Colorado USA. Excellent quality. Their processing is wonderful and the price is even better. If you're a baker - give it a try. This is my first time purchase and using this flour, my cakes, breads, bisquits etc. come out better than ever before.

Delicious

Malachi February 11, 2026

I got this bc we're dealing with a nickel allergy here, and the more processed wheat flour is, the less nickel it contains. As we eat homemade pizza or calzones twice a week here, we needed a flour pretty badly. Hungarian flour is that gem. It's well processed, very fine and silky. We're making calzones right now. It raises beautifully.

Great flour at a great price

geekster2112 November 1, 2025

I bake all my bread and rolls, cakes and cookies. This all purpose flour is a local product and the company is very interesting. I use this flour exclusively for recipes calling for AP flour. The product is excellent and very reasonably priced.

Must have for high altitude!

Melissa September 3, 2026

I feel like anyone living at a high altitude that doesn't want a baking disappointment needs this flour. After moving to Colorado, I soon discovered that breads and cookies don't cook the same as they did in my previous, sea level state. Changing to this flour specifically for high altitude has really helped. Now I don't open the oven after an hour to see disappointment.

made bread with this since previews reviews said it was good. was not. it didn't rise. I did sourdough and yeast loaf and both barely looked alive. made cinnamon rolls and the batter was so wet. the rolls wouldn't keep their shape after baking. it just turned into a cake. it tasted good. very moist. just not a pretty presentation.
