i recommended Sundance Vitamin B complex for 1 reason, it load with only 100% of B1, B2, B6, B12 %26 Niacin %26 Folate, Biotin %26 Pantothenic Acid. VS most other Brand's B complex on markets, which loaded with tons, e.g. one of my most favorited Brand- Nature Made B-Complex, which I can never consider it because the per 1 serving caplet daily value are---vitamin C 333%, Thiamin (B1) 1250%, Riboflavin (B2) 785%, Niacin ( B3) 313 %, B6 294%, Pantothenic Acid (B5) 200% . so at the point, i didn't care how great the ingredients %26 source, but only consider not to use my body as a pharmacy warehouse, i also highly suggested people when seeking supplements please do carefully read the" labels".

The only Vitamin B complex tablets I have found that don't contain unwanted, unnecessary, ridiculously high amounts of B12 and Biotin.

These are very important vitamins for us to take daily. They have been helping with energy and also supplying what has been lacking in my diet.

These are 100 percent of daily dose. Anything more really isn't useful unless a person has a very strong need for a certain B vitiamin.

A good, reliable product. I prefer a B vitamin complex with 100% RDA because the B complexes with higher percentages are simply unnecessary for your health and a waste of your money.

I like that it contains 100% of the daily minimum requirements of B vitamins, and includes biotin and pantothenic acid as well. I avoid vitamins that contain extremely high percentages of the minimum daily requirements.
