My son loves this bike , it was actually easy to put together. I has a lot of features , I like that it has a front and brake light and blinkers . The battery last and I like that you can control the speed and it doesn't just go super fast and it shipped fast and came before expected .
I bought this bike for my grandson's 13th birthday. We absolutely loved it. It was easy to assemble. Most of the bike was already put together when it was shipped. It is an awesome bike and would definitely purchase again.
Great bike.
I love this bike, but, it doesn't live up to the advertisement. Top speed is 19 mpr. Range is 30 miles. 7 hrs per charge. With dual engines, maybe you can get more speed. More range would require another battery. The price for my bike was lower. I got a great bike for what I paid. I think it is the best for the money I spent. Perfect bike for teenagers.
Was delivered fast but damaged. they sent the part immediately but I had to pay someone to fix that for me at a loss. Once it was finally done the bike still does not reach max speeds advertised. the bike comes with ONE 750W motor. VERY MISLEADING from the advertising 1500w. They responded that the bike can reach max power of approximately 1500w but I have yet to see this bike go over 28. It is a decent bike that comes with all the screws loose even under the seat you wouldn't expect all th nuts to come off but they did. One more thing I do not like is under the seat is a mess of wires that are not encased or covered or properly protected and it gets wet in there. makes me nervous and is definitely a design flaw. I have mixed feelings about this bike. I don't like being deceived and I feel like this bike falsely advertise being 1500w. I did a lot of reading and research but that is a detail not mentioned. They were really prompt about sending a new part but it did ruin the birthday fun surprise they sent you a broken bike. They could have offered an incentive or something as I had to pay someone for help and buy a master link to break and fix the chain.
you advertise that the bike goes faster than what it actually does. It only goes 18mph. I had the bike professionally assembled. So I'm out of $150. I initiated a return but I haven't heard back from Walmart. It's been 3 days
Our E bike got the ignition locked within five months of purchasing it ; prior to that the battery was giving us problems showing the wrong amount of charge- causing the E bike to die suddenly. At times it showed as fully charged, but right out the door, it was 2 bars down already. Finally., when we contacted the vendor for the warranty so they can send us the parts we need it. They let us know that the ignition only had a month warranty., which is not consistent with what they advertise at the Walmart webpage or their webpage. A waste of a large amount of money that we cannot even use right now..
Tires wet flat on first ride, missing screw, breaks don't work correctly
Received a broken product. You cannot return this item to Walmart. You have to deal with the seller. They sent out a new “part” but no instructions on how to install it. Figured out how to install it, but the bike is still broken. Do not buy!!! Been sitting with a broken bike in my living room for a full week and no idea what is going to happen. Might have to do a credit card chargeback.
I never received the bike. Company refuses to refund. FedEx claims to have delivered it. Has a signature from someone. But not from anybody in my home. They claim that they can't contact FedEx that I have to do it. This company is sketchy and fraudulent. Don't order from them.
