Hard to turn door knob lock fixed.
It's been about a month since I purchased Hillman Key Lubricant. I thought I was going to have to replace a couple of locks but thanks to Hillman Key Lubricant they are working like new. It is important to shake the tube (as instructed in the directions) before using it. I almost made the mistake of using WD40 spray but found out that this spray could ruin locks as it is not formulated to work on door locks. Hillman Key Lubricant is what you need to lubricate the lock if you're having difficulty turning your door knob.

Prompt service
I live in an apartment complex. The maintenance department treated my sticking lock with WD40. The lock was UNSTUCK when I used the graphite. All my neighbors are borrowing my supply

Empty product received.
The tube of powdered graphite was empty. I noticed residue near the cap so it was either faulty or it was just a used product thbat I received.
