I am still in shock that I got this TV. It has amazing resolution. I love the way roku has a account set up with the TV. I love that I was able to name my HDMI so I dont have to remember what's what. I really am enjoying this TV. I've had no issues with speed or picture at all. I am really enjoying this TV and it looks great in my living very nice sleek features. This TV is wonderful! We are so glad to have it! The picture was Clear and amazing. The TV connects to the internet super easy and the built in Roku was a major bonus for us! After owning this item for 3 months I can say it has good picture and sound quality. The issue I have is with the remote. Even when pointing the remote directly at the TV, the TV does not turn on, at the first attempt and its not a battery issue.

I loved this TV BUT.........two years and three months from when I got it, the picture went out. The back light is still working and so is the sound but I have a gray/black screen and no backup TV. I tried all the YouTube suggestions to reset to the original settings but nope....no picture, no TV for me, and from what I understand, the repair would cost as much as a replacement. Not a good deal for me!

Got this big screen TV in Dec. The back lights are already starting to go. They started going dim in March. I called Hisense and they told me to take pictures. I did. They said they needed more pictures. I did. They needed more pictures. I was done. I'll wait until it gets worse. I think I need to save up for a Samsung TV.

The product information got this television says its new, however the television I received has a sticker on it thats says its refurbished. I would never have purchased a refurbished television, now its a matter of wasting more of my time returning it.

Bought this less than 2 years ago and the audio stopped working yesterday. Do not purchase this!
