I had just bought a $**** sony tv that had a malfunctioning hdmi port when I got it home from bestbuy. Returned that TV same day and ordered this TV saving $**** and it is just as good as I had expected the sony to be.

We set it up next to our 12-year-old 60" Panasonic plasma for a side-by-side comparison. You need to view the Hisense from directly in front of the screen, otherwise, the off-angle view is washed out. We returned the Hisensens for a refund.
I've had this tv for about a month. It was 5-star amazing at first, but it has now developed several dead pixels. I got rid of the packaging because it was such a great tv for the first couple weeks, so now I guess I can't return it. I loved this tv so I'm really disappointed it turned out this way after only one month.
Whatever you do don't buy this tv! It failed on me after 2 months, Hisense has given me the runaround ever since. I just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I will also be filing complaints with the federal trade commission, and the consumer protection agency. Hisense sells tvs with bad panels and then refuses to replace them when they fail. I will be contacting Walmart to see if this is returnable.
TV arrived, set it up, and the screen was cracked. Had to return it to my local brick and mortar Wal-Mart since the packaging wasn't salvagable. The lady at the customer service desk acted like she didn't want to accept the return because I didn't have the TV in a box. She did, but this was definitely not a great experience. I will NEVER order anything fragile or expensive from Wal-Mart online again.
