I didn't know it was refurbished. The electric wire was getting really scratched up, because it was dragging on the outside of the box. Some of the coils were flat.

it cools ok but it has a vibration in it and shakes i really wonder hpw long it will last i feel it would be easier to get another than send it back it also does not have the powered louvers as advertized but does work so im keeping and hoping for the best.

this ac came completely destroyed in shipping. I know its not Walmarts fault but they should use someone different. as far as ac review goes i have no clue because it was destroyed in shipping. Walmart did make it super easy to return so 5 star on that.

Not a good deal.
The Wi-Fi and the remote do not work! It comes with a factory two year warranty, so don't bother buying the warranty from Walmart like I did. The air conditioner cools down my 240 sq. ft. room to 77deg on a 96deg day. I don't recommend it

False advertising
I didn't pay the money I paid for them to send me a refurbished ac. I don't want a used ac. No where in the title or description does it say this ac is refurbished. Really irritated and Walmart will probably do nothing to fix this issue like usual.

Beware i received a dented unit clearly marked refurbished ot the new unit i was lead to belive i purchased

This is refurbished no where does it say refurbished on this product. If someone comments about this not being HiSense Problem I will swiftly return it then the lack of money is your problem fix the title on this page
