Great tv, size, picture, all the applications to watch other services. Now, only downfall, it is a google TV. So only apple tv app is allowed, but if you don't have google anything, you may find a fault here or there.
The television was packaged well, both from the manufacturer and the shipper. We have not gotten the tv mounted to the wall yet but it seems to be a good purchase, especially for the price paid.
we are very satisfied with this TV. it showed up a day early, setup was easy, and the picture is unbelievably clear! each show looks more lifelike than the last. one of my favorite things is the smart TV features work so much better than our other smart TVs. our other one take forever to load and they don't support all of our favorite apps, this Hisense TV works so much quicker and leaves us all happy. we've had it for a week now, so it's a little early to talk about how long it holds up, but so far we are 100% satisfied

Tv is great, except trying to register for the warranty is impossible, I bought this tv thru the app , and It's been impossible to register it I gave all the required info and there's still a problem ,now I get no response back at all, plus when I had tv delivered it came early that's fine problem was I left a request not to leave the 85 inch tv outside my house if nobody was home ,I got a notification that tv was on its way and I was at home and nobody was home I left work early and my tv was sitting in front of my door and my neighbors are drug addicts it says needs a signature come to find out you don't need a signature and nobody has to be home I'm lucky I got home when I did because if it had gotten stolen I'm not sure I would have been reimbursed
The tv was big and nice it just came with a cracked screen so make sure to check it first thing, and Walmart won't refund you until the 3rd party shippers pick it up and return it to where it came from. All in all good nice and big tv just a bad experience. It's been a month and I'm still waiting on my refund.
We have only had this TV 6 months and it is already broke. Just flashes on and off all the time very disappointment.
Ordering the TV went well, and even the delivery guys who brought it, were very friendly and helpful.. however once we got it set up and plugged it in the screen showed a lot of cracking inside the screen itself.
This tv is broken … when we plugged it in the entire screen is cracked
