Homax Aerosol Wall Texture, Knockdown, Water-Based, 20 oz

The first scan I got was defective, but this one was fine. Just have to be real careful about not messing up the tip clean it after each thing with hot water and spray back of foot or two at least works well. Be patient takes longer to dry than they say that does.

There were quite a few negative reviews, but I kept reading them and in particular, the positive ones. Based on what the positive reviews said, and after thoroughly reading the directions, I decided to give it a try. I had a fairly large hole in the wall, and used spackle first. I shook the can VIGOROUSLY each time before I sprayed, then tested the product on cardboard first, as per instructions, before spraying it on the wall. After spraying the wall, I waited for about an hour, then used the special spatula to knock down the excess. I only had a couple of places that needed a little extra, but I waited until it was completely dry before I sprayed and knocked down again. Once it was dry, I repainted the area. It worked perfectly and no one can tell there was ever a hole there!

I recently used Homax Aerosol Wall Texture, and I'm impressed! It's super easy to apply and gives a nice, even finish. The texture looks professional, and it dried quickly. Perfect for covering imperfections on my walls. Highly recommend for anyone looking to refresh their space effortlessly!

This product worked extremely well for my small area I was patching. System delivered the material evenly and consistently, and the amount in can was just right. I would get two just in case you are like me-:I'd rather have a bit more than I need on hand. I'll definitely buy this over the product at hardware store! I learned the hard way there! I have more work where this will be my go to product.

I like that they have change the nozzle so it's more than a one time use.

Homax Aerosol Wall Texture Knockdown - we have used this on many occasions over the years. Its easy to use and goes on well. The can does not last long. Its primarily for touch ups. Homax is our preferred brand over others we have tried. The shipping was was quite slow.

Works great but it does have a lot of overspray. Kinda pricey in my opinion

Had a professional commercial painter friend assist with a home ceiling patch and repair. Area was very small, so we tried this canned texture. Some of it hit the ceiling area(s), but it also sprayed well beyond the canvas canopy onto the carpet and covered items in the space. Thank goodness, was able to get most of over-spray off of carpet with a wet wash cloth and towel (whew!). Texture did not match the existing knockdown consistency or white color. Ok as a quick use product, but overall might not work for a larger project. Grateful had a professional painter do the actual work, so he could prepare me for the over-spray possibilities and quick cleanup guidelines.

Honest Review, maybe this was user error. But I even watched a YT video for a tutorial. It didn't actualize as texture for me at all. It was a glob and discolored. (This will be painted so less worried about the color). However, even after toggling between heavy and light texture, I just did not find it beneficial in my case.

It is ridiculous. It jumped 3 dollars more just from one day to another.
