This is a classic and reliable. I had bought a different brand that worked well but they used a non-stainless bolt inside that produced white floaties when interacting with the hot water. I should have stuck with this model which is tried and true. It's perfectly designed. Plug it in and it works - no options or extra switches. Just clean hot water. Haven't used it for coffee brewing but probably fine.

The urn looks good and heats water fine. But it was delivered without the coffee holder and percolator and with no directions. I informed Homecraft, and they said they would send the missing parts, but I am still waiting for it. Also, it is a bit expensive for a 30-cup urn.

What's the point of stainless steel urn, if the bottom surfice of the lid has two huge plastic (black and clear) parts in touch with the steam / water. And they don't show the pic of the lid from the bottom. Stupid and deceptive. Returning

After 10 to 20 min tea turn cold .very first it's make hot but it's don't stay long time if you plug in but tea still cold . Very bad

started leaking after only 1 month
