I have always made ice tea the old fashion way, never have I had an ice tea make, and I am loving it. It is so easy to use. You just put in your tea bags and sugar, fill the ice tea maker up to the max line with water, put in your ice or water in the pitcher, I prefer the ice, it makes it cold instantly, and wooolaaa, you have ice tea. I highly recommend it!

I've suffered from severe digestive problems for years and can only drink water and sweet tea. I usually bought it by the gallon. Product works as design but would like to purchase a spare pitcher for that model because in the past they crack on the bottom and are no longer useable and a normal pitcher does not fit.

Great product and has worked wonders for us. We make fresh iced tea all the time time and it's been great to leave this on the counter next to the keurig.

This is the third type of Tea Maker we have had over the years. This one is very and I mean very user friendly and can be used for many other things but the only draw back and why it doesnt have a 5 star is that the lid to the pitcher does not stay on 100% and when you make Ice Tea you dont want to put into another pitcher. Thats the whole point one and done. We keep ours in the fridge and we are just careful about the lid.

Love the option to adjust flavor strength. Love the white. Nice change from the typical blacks and steels. however - very thin cheap plastic. Would not withstand rough handling. Don't recommend dishwasher use - too flimsy. Not worth the price. Make it like $20-$25 instead of $38.

So the pitcher “ice fill line” doesn't make sense. So you put allllll those icecubs in the pitcher, only for hot coffee to melt it instantly. And once the coffee is finished brewing, it only feels maybe 1/3 of the picture with actual liquid, which taste like stall water down coffee and once the coffee is finished brewing, it only feels maybe 1/3 of the pitcher with actual “coffee”, which taste like stale watery coffee. If you decide to keep it for more than a day, don't. It's disgusting, I've tried so many different blends,flavors, filled the entire cup up (half of your reg Starbucks coffee bag), and still taste like a mud puddle in April. Pitcher is double-walled , but it doesn't make up for the money that's gone down the drain with the muddy puddle water.

Filling the Water Reservoir to MAX and the pitcher with ice to the ICE line mark only produces half a pitcher of tea. Pitcher seems flimsy, handle is not easy to grip.

Worked first time. Second time, went on by itself before pitcher was placed under it. Third time stopped working in between had to keep switching leaver back abd forth, and water lever kept going backwards into the water reservoir instead of into the tea holder. Became frustrated with it not working properly. Returning it to Walmart. My old Mr Coffee worked for a dozen years. Upset I replaced it.
