Great for at home workouts

This body toning system is exactly what I needed . I don't want to go out to a gym or spend alot of time working out . This system is easy to use and really works and tones muscles to get and keep your muscles in good tone and shape . It also comes with a nice storage bag .

These resistant bands are a perfect way to get up and active with out over doing it. The set up was really easy by attaching the straps around the ankle and your ready to go. I like that it can be used anywhere at anytime and comes with a nice carry bag for easy traveling. The resistance is not overwhelming and you can go at your own pace. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who not a gym fanatic but just like to work the muscles out to keep things moving.

This HomeGYM is a great way to workout at home. A great set of stretch tubes for doing my physical therapy exercises at home. The surgical tubes for me are nicer and easier to handle than those flimsy rubber strap things they give you at PT to bring home. Everything included appears to be high quality and I expect it to last for some time to come. I really like to utilize the ball handle that comes with it to mix things up. I would have liked to be able to put the cloth and straps in the wash machine but overall I really like the product.

This is a great little set that I can keep in an office drawer for days when I can't always make it to the gym, this makes for a good for a little resistance training. The bag it comes with is one of those fancy, yet still paper, drawstring bags. The directions are on the box, so I just keep everything in the box.

This is a review for Homegym's resistance body toner. The kit includes two resistance bands. One band is long and the other band is short to achieve multiple exercises. The two ankle straps provide the anchor. The two attachables include a foam covered plastic handle and a weighted ball. All of the straps and the carry bag are made from fabric material. The connectors and D-rings are made of metal. The carry bag is a stringed backpack. It is large enough to hold the body toner set along with workout clothes and more to make storage or travel simple. I would recommend the Homegym's resistance body toner to any beginner in the fitness world. It may even be appropriate for someone who exercises a moderate amount. It can provide variety to any routine. The toner may not, however, be durable enough for an avid fitness person. I have used the body toner for two weeks. It is easy to use. The variety of exercises achieved reach muscle groups that have been neglected. This is a beneficial addition to any workout regimen. I keep a notebook with different exercises. It helps rotate a routine to achieve maximum results. Everything I need fits conveniently in the carry bag.

This resistance trainer is suitable for the beginner working out at home with online workouts. It's a one size fits most with the ability to adjust for height/comfort. I tend to get extremely sweaty palms when working out and did have to dry my hands to maintain a safe and secure grip. Easy to store when not in use and durable to wipe off the handles.

I chose this product with enthusiasm since I'm trying to get back into exercising, slowly. But, upon opening the box and finding no sheet to give instructions on the use of my Home Gym equipment, enthusiasm went out the window. I can't recommend a product that has a brief explanation of use on the back of the box. I'm sure I can figure out some exercises to do with this equipment; but I really shouldn't have to.
