I love these weights! I have lots of heavier dumbbells but I need a lighter weight to start for physical therapy work at home. These are beautiful, they have good grip so they don't slip out of my hands and they just look great, very sleek and elegant design.

Home gym hand weights, look really good. I would guess the weight is correct, 3 pounds each. I received 2, for a little over $3! And free shipping. They are a powdery pink in color. I'm 63 years old.

they fit nice in rhe palm of my hand. i can add them to my ankle wta without problen. the wt is right on they each are 3lbs. for the price i payed i was not sure they were going to really be 3 lbs.

I'm a fitness instructor. I purchased these 3lb weights because I liked the shape. I thought there might be a chance that some of my students who have issues holding normal weights could use these. So far I've only tried them out myself. I like the fact that they stay where you put them. They don't roll away. But I found them awkward to hold for long periods of time.
