A longer dry time helps.
Follow the directions, with the exception of the wait time before you begin to size the brass. I wait 30 minutes to 1 hour after spraying the brass before sizing. The directions on the can instructs the user to wait only one minute. If you only wait one minute, you will feel a greater resistance when sizing the brass. I have sized thousands, without a single cartridge sticking, while using "One Shot." Make sure you disassemble the sizing die to clean and coat with "One Shot" before you begin to size the first time. Make sure that you let the sizing die dry the same amount of time as the cartridges. This is simply the easiest and cleanest sizing lubrication process that I have ever used.

This stuff is great, easy to use and no petroleum. Just remember to shake the can often and I do mean often.

Hornady One Shot
This is the absolute best brass prep product. I have used them all prefer this due to it ease of use, quick removal from brass and slick finish for forming brass.
