I was skeptical of the effectiveness at first because I thought only prescription would work for this kind of thing, so I never took anything for my anxiety. I'm so glad I found this product because it actually does help me stay calm at work and not get too overwhelmed with stressful situations. It's amazing what mushrooms can do! I take two in the morning and it works till the evening.

The packaging feels a little flimsy because I think it's eco friendly, which I didn't mind because the actual bottle was packaged really nicely. The capsules are a great size and it recommends taking 2 spread out throughout the day. I can say that I actually felt less stressed after taking this supplement. The ingredients are a combination of all the best de-stressers so I'm glad they are all in one pill.

It actually worked for me. I only take one and did notice my stress level was reduced. I would not recommend taking it all of the time as one of the ingredients (I think it was Skull Cap?) may be hard on your kidneys if overused according to Mayo Clinic website. But it worked great for some of my especially stressful days with no noticeable side effects.

It seems to be effective in helping with calmness and the taste isn't as bad as I thought it would be!!
