[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have loved these lil fruit pies forever. These are perfect for a lil snack. Small n easy to throw in your lunch or your purse. These were very tasty. Cute same paper packaging that the original og ones were. Always fresh.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely adore these cute little cherry fruit pies, i love the flavor and how small they are. I like that they're only 100 calories each pie and the texture is like a great cherry pie, definitely can't complain (besides them being expired LOL)
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hostess Mini Cherry Fruit Pies truly taste like you're biting into grandma's flaky homemade pie, only in the perfect grab-and-go size. The crust has that golden, buttery texture that feels like it came straight out of her oven—lightly crisp on the outside with just the right crumble. The cherry filling is sweet, slightly tart, and satisfyingly gooey. Their mini size makes them perfect for tossing in a kid's lunchbox, keeping on hand for an afternoon snack, or enjoying on the go. They're indulgent enough to feel like a treat but small enough that one (or two) won't feel over the top. Easy, portable, and tasty, these little pies hit the mark for anyone craving a quick sweet bite without the fuss of a full dessert. Whether it's a school lunch, a work snack, or just a little mid-day pick-me-up, these minis deliver cherry pie flavor in a perfectly convenient package.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yummy treat that's just enough when you're looking for something sweet. I like the smaller, snack size. The texture and freshness was spot on just like I remember Hostess cherry pies were like when I was young.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hostess never disappoints. These are the cutest little cherry pies. They taste just like the larger hand pies, but are better because they are only 100 calories!! They are great for throwing in a bag and taking with you in the go.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hostess just reminds me of growing up. I like that these fruit pies are snack size because I never finish a full size. These are really tasty, but the only thing I don't like is that there isn't very much filling in them. Most of them are shell and empty pockets. The box comes with 12 individually wrapped pies.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From the first bite, I really enjoy the frosting on the outside, and I like the crust of the fruit pie. The filling doesn't have a lot of distinct flavor, but it's easy to tell that it's cherry. It's a nice little quick treat, but isn't something that would fill you up very much. It's a quick hit of sugar, but fades pretty fast. I would want to have two at each sitting, but that's probably a little too much sugar for the size of the fruit pies!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 100 calorie mini cherry pies. They are little and petite. The fruit in the middle is dryer and I wish it wasn't. I would have liked them to be more like the bigger hostess pies that have runnier texted. Only about 2 or 3 bites worth
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I grew up with these pies as a treat after a long day of hiking or fishing my dad would treat me to one. I was so excited to try these for free in exchange for my review. Pros: they are 100 calories, easy not to over eat, they taste decent much like the bigger version, and they feel fresh. Cons: they don't have nearly enough filling and felt dry to me. Overall, they just fell flat but curbed my craving for a bigger pie. Some things are better left in childhood I guess?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really disappointed with these pies. The crust itself was finesweet and flakybut the biggest letdown was the filling. There was barely any inside, which left most bites tasting like plain crust instead of the fruity flavor I was expecting. For something advertised as a fruit pie, I thought the filling would be the star, but it felt more like an afterthought. Overall, not worth buying again unless they improve the ratio of filling to crust.
