HOUSE OF TSANG Spicy Szechuan Stir-Fry Sauce, Shelf Stable, 11.5 oz Glass Bottle

It's worth every penny. Not too mild, not too hot. My concoction is this, along with fresh, cubed chicken, brown rice, frozen broccoli florets, frozen cauliflower and 1 can of carrots. Great value items are good and easier on my skinny wallet.

The whole package! No need to buy soy, oyster sauce. Ginger, garlic, it's all good. Stir fry veggys all day with some szechuan, white rice on the side. BBQ chicken! Soo good. Enjoy!

This is our favorite. The shipping price was way too expensive for the same size bottle. But my family had to have it. Something for Wal-Mart to look at.

Boom! Tang! Spice and surprised... turned to bring the spicy burn i was looking for. Works with multiple meats. Might become a kitchen staple, as it keeps bringing the tasty heat. yummy stuff

Wow! Used it first as a dipping sauce - for my pallet Ouch! But, had read more about it and decided to use as a Marinade on a couple of chicken legs. Double Wow as in delicious! Marinade overnight and air fry at 400 for 14 mins or marinade for 14 mins while French fries are air frying and then pop into the hot air fryer. I'm all over this great sauce - maybe will try on stir fry next lol. Buy it!

I love this spicy stiry-fry sauce. I was happy to find it in a multi-pack. I have used it to make my own stir fry for years! I first cut up 1 lb chicken into ½" strips. I cook the chicken until white, then add half the bottle of this spicy sauce, 32 ounces of chicken broth, and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. After sauce is thickened, I add cut bell peppers, mushrooms and broccoli and let it cook in the sauce for a few minutes. It comes out perfect every time!!

Usually I make my sauces from scratch. However, there are lots of times I just do not have time; and when I tried this one, I was in stir fry heaven!! My favorite is Shrimp Lo Mien; however tofu is also great. Add a dash to your egg roll mixture, add some splashes to Asian soups or just sprinkle over noodles or rice. There is nothing at all spicy about this sauce. This sauce is so completely mild that I'm wondering if there was a mistake during production and they put the wrong label on it. It does taste good, I used it for stir fry vegetables and added cayenne pepper to give it a kick. It's just not what it says it is.

The spice takes over the majority of other flavors. I had to doctor it up just to make it bearable to eat. I like spicy but when it overpowers everything else it's not great. I watched a Rick and Morty episode that mentioned a similar Szechwan sauce and decided to give it a go but I'll just find that recipe and make that instead.

I am a creature of habit, so I always order the same things when craving Chinese food. I usually get Szechuan at local restaurants, and I toggle between it and General Tso's. I have had plenty of spicy foods in my lifetime. But this stuff, wow. It should be illegal. It is ridiculously hot. One tiny taste sent my mouth screaming and blisters actually formed. I couldn't eat it at all. I couldn't form an actual taste, just fire from the bottom pits of the lava pits of middle earth. At least put a warning label on there that it is super spicy so people can be prepared. I have never had Szechuan sauce this hot.
