Good Laptop for Students.
I purchased two of these laptops for my kids. They use them heavily at school and at home. So far they are performing well. Both said that the screens are superior %26 crisp %26 bright. Fast processor. And that the build quality seems solid. The “S” mode was a challenge at first, but they were able to figure it out. These two laptops replaced two HP units that were over ten years old. Very pleased with this purchase.

I would buy this again!
It was a Graduation Gift for my oldest Grandson! It will mainly used while his Education is furthered. He really wanted a smaller laptop/tablet but he received this early this morning and absolutely loves it!

Great for Price, still needs some work.
It's a good laptop for the price. I initially bought this because I wanted a touchscreen laptop that didn't break the bank, and efficient for my college coursework. It's lightweight and has normal speed. My only two biggest complaints in which i hope HP will one day improve is how noisy it is and the battery life needs drastic work. Even battery saver will not save you. That's a total let down. I gave it 4 stars because ultimately i do love the laptop, but those two complaints are a much needed fix because other hp laptop users also complain about the noise too.

Perfect size
I like the fact that it has the touch screen. But with Windows 11 S you can't download any programs other than Microsoft ones. The Edge browser is difficult. I removed the S mode from the operating system so that I could download Google Chrome and now absolutely love this small laptop.

Maybe I would buy again
It wasn't working sent it back and all I've heard is they received it. They don't give you any information about if they gave you credit or if they are fixing it. Should've given me a new one, but who knows. I like the size it's perfect for what I need.

peice of garbage laptop
this was a waste of money. it stopped working 2 days after i got it. it never really worked the 2 days i tried to use it. peice of trash not worth nothing , waste of time and money
