One of Greatest investment I made. Can study, play games, easy to assemble. I recommend this computer to anyone who is either in school, a gamer, or just to listen to music and watch tv.

All of the preceding ratings are based on my previous experience with a number of HP personal computers. In all honesty I've had several other projects going on and have not even opened the box the computer is packaged in yet. It does appear to be just what I need in terms of serviceability and having enough computing power for the rather limited use in which I tend to operate computers. (I am not a gamer or typically a high duty cycle power user.) I am hoping and expecting that this computer will easily fill my needs while finally bumping me up in to the Windows 11 environment.

this is a great desktop computer does what it's supposed to I actually like Copilot which is the AI I thought it was touch screen but it's not but that's okay but it works fine does it supposed to screen is great it's perfect for what I need it for

basically, I like the computer. The keyboard that came with the unit did not work so had to get another and be credited for that price. I am not really crazy about windows 11 as it is a bit much of things that I will never use, but that is usually the case with any upgrade.

I have a large screen - and the Whole thing takes up - Less Space!! 👍 We thought it was - only - a Monitor. It was ordered to replace a smaller screen. What a LOVELY surprise - the ENTIRE COMPUTER - is in the Monitor!!! 😯 🥳🙌 And the Keyboard %26 Mouse - that come with it - ARE CORDLESS - and fit perfectly in the Desk Drawer!!! 😃

great All-in-one HP computer that was one sale and an older model. i like that is up to date with internet, Microsoft office with Microsoft store to download different apps. one downside for myself is it doesn't have a disk drive. otherwise I absolutely love this computer.

I bought this computer brand new. 2 days after i got it and set it up, the computer alerted that the warranty expired back in 2023. This is supposed to be a brand new computer !! I was unable to use any of the free trials for Microsoft products, stating the trial expired. The computer is great - but I didn't get to utilize any trials for Word, Notes any of that stuff. Should have done a little bit more homework

What a nightmare! Could not get to work. Inaccurate website/AI generated - lack of information and instructions. Had to pack up and take personally to Walmart store for return. Am not too keen on ordering from Walmart again - ordered elsewhere...

the item was delivered to the wrong address my house caught on fire and we don't live there I provided the hotel address and I've had to call customer service multiple times to request a refund or a replacement

I brought today and set it up. The screen said keyboard error before I even set it up. Figured it was because it wasn't set up. I set up the keyboard and it would not connect even with brand new batteries. Would turn on as I played with the batteries but never would stay on. I'm going to have to return it
