We had same day delivery, which was amazing. A great printer. Thos printer was at a very competitive price, and it really is top of the line in performance.

Cautiously optimistic
The printer was easy to. Set up and print quality is excellent however after 2 weeks it froze up After trouble shooting steps from online support hp customer support sent a replacement. The rep was very helpful and walked through additional steps he determined a replacement was needed.

Good color laser printer
After about 2 months, good color laser printer. The colors are good. The printer is fast. The print quality on some simple black and white text documents may not be quite as good as my old LaserJet 4100, but it is pretty good. A few issues with fonts, but I have been able to work around them. I don't like that you can't turn off sleep mode. I have it set to the maximum 1 hour. I have the printer on a wired Ethernet network and I have not had any connection problems like some people with WiFi report. The replacement cartridges are a little expensive. Overall, I am happy to have a color laser printer and I am pleased with the purchase. I would recommend this printer to people that need a color laser printer with the specified page volume 150 to 2500 per month.

Laser colour printer.
I bought this product by mistake, I have hands that shake a lot and clicked on the wrong printer and didn't realise my error until after it was delivered and installed. The printer I wanted will scan etc. I have had to buy a separate scanner but have spent many days trying to link it with my laptop without success. I am very happy with the print quality of my laser printer which does double sided printing automatically which is very good.

Avoid HP 3201
Terrible. Never had such a lousy HP printer. Almost always requires a reset before my phone will find it. Online fix recommendations didn't make a difference. Avoid this printer model.

Bad Printer
Worked once and then broke. There is a piece sitting in the tray. I will have to order another one to figure out where the piece goes.

the toner coast more then the printer no thank you a toner should never coast more then the machine.

never worked bought it as a gift so it was past the return date. Ive been dealing with HP for over a month. 10 plus hours of trouble shooting. Still doesn't work. waiting on a return shipping label since 7/2. its been promised within 24 hours 12 times now.. Buyer beware.
