I just recently started using my HP computer. It was easy to setup. The touchscreen is very handy. I don't feel by like I need a mouse right now. I haven't explored everything but I'm looking forward to all the discoveries.

This laptop was easy to set up and has plenty of power and storage. It has a fast start up speed, about 30 seconds. I was looking for a laptop that was reasonably priced and used Windows Pro 11. The price was very reasonable for the power you get with this laptop. Does not come with CD/DVD player, most laptops don't have them anymore, so I purchased one for Twenty ($20.00) dollars that works great when I need it. This laptop comes with 5 ports: 1 HDMI, 2 USB C, 1 Micro USB and Headphone port. Plenty for me. I also bought a Bluetooth mouse that does not require a port to be used. Lighted keyboard is a bonus and works very well. I highly recommend that you make an Image backup of the C drive, this laptop does not come with a dedicated D drive for recovery purposes. I used a 2 TB Thumb Drive for my backup. However, you can use Microsoft One Drive for this purpose. I personally don't want all my personal information online. I recommend this product.

Full featured laptop with huge screen! Lots of memory headroom and a one terabyte hard drive!

The computer was delivered without the usual lititure snd guarantee. ot is slowcand bodded down. i will be returning it for a refund. the packaging wascobviously opebned and redone . I am rewireing a serial number and other partucular identifying numbers because i believecthat it wascreplaced and i was given simeones returned defective device. Their isan employeein the elko nv electronics department . who is manipulating the devices andvprobly profiting from reselling the original device.

This computer is not as advertised. It does not have a usb-c charger. It takes the old HP charger. The battery does not hold a charge. At all. If unplugged, it will not work. The seller will not respond. I did not realize I was buying from a third party. Awful.

Bought this because I needed Windows 11, but computer will not run the upgrade needed for Windows 11. Seller instructed me to do the very thing I told them would not run.. the Windows 11 upgrade!

I had this same laptop for 2 years and loved it, but the motherboard went out. I was sooo disappointed, but thought it was just a fluke, so I got the same one. This one is brand new and keeps blue screening. Ugh!

very cheap design. problem with display. laptop was shipped in a box with hp specs for a different laptop.
