HP Poly (formerly Plantronics) Voyager Legend 50 -

Stephen January 11, 2026

I have used Plantronics headsets for many years. They are the best out there in my opinion and at a reasonable price. Yes, I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent Bluetooth Headset – Worth Every Penny!

Marina August 11, 2025

I've been using the Poly Voyager Legend 50 for a while now, and I'm extremely impressed with its performance. The sound quality is crystal clear both for me and the person on the other end of the call. The AI noise reduction works perfectly, even in noisy environments, making conversations smooth and uninterrupted. It's lightweight and comfortable enough to wear all day without any discomfort. The controls are intuitive, and connecting via Bluetooth is quick and easy. Battery life is excellent – it easily lasts through a full day of heavy use. This headset is perfect for truck drivers, people on the go, or anyone who needs reliable hands-free communication. Highly recommend

Perfect for work

chelsie August 12, 2025

These headphones have fantastic overall sound quality. The battery lasts all day, and the design is comfortable to wear for long periods without going deep in your ear. The adjustable headset piece pulls down for a beautifully crisp clear vocal sound. I use it for voiceover work.

Very Good but Missing Features

Groovy418 December 19, 2025

This bluetooth has been my go to since it was made by Plantronics. The improvements are battery life and usb-c connection & probably sound quality. However . . . Very importantly it needs features on prior versions: 1) Caller ID (link to phone contacts) 2) Auto redial a with button push 3) Voice dialing The connection is sometimes unstable - going from bluetooth back to phone, resulting in person not being able to hear me. Hp - please continue to improve!

Great product, but it needs some improvements.

Anonymous June 14, 2025

Great product, but it needs some improvements—at the very least, it should match the features of its predecessor, the Voyager 5200. The audio quality is excellent, and the battery life has significantly improved. However, I'm experiencing a couple of issues that are quite important to me: Caller ID: When there's an incoming call, the headset only says “Incoming call” without reading out the caller ID. The Voyager 5200 had this feature, and it was extremely useful. Voice Command Response: When receiving a call, the headset prompts with “Answer” or “Ignore.” However, this feature is not working reliably. I often have to yell “Answer” multiple times before it responds, whereas the Voyager 5200 would recognize the command easily in a normal tone. For me, these are deal-breaking issues. I believe they could potentially be resolved with a firmware update. Until then, I continue using the Voyager 5200 daily and only switch to this new model when the 5200's battery runs out.

Lots of background noise.

BDR caller February 2, 2026

After a few months of use and field attempts to fix the headset is only ‘OK'. The microphone picks up too much background noise. Clicking of a mouse, adjusting seat position and other background noises like people walking are picked up by the headset. Was unable to adjust the microphone sensitivity.

I ordered this Item online to pick up at the store. I received it in a sealed delivery envelope. I got it home and everything appeared fine while I wrapped it. Christmas morning it was opened to discover the tape had been cut and the ear piece had been stolen. Imagine our disappointment. Hopefully this can be resolved quickly

These things are trash!

bballhooper May 31, 2026

These things are trash. I have bought two of these in the last six months. Both have connective issues from the start. I have one on while working outside, It got sweat on it, and it stopped working. No one could hear me. The second one, after two months, started doing the same thing. I have used Platronic for over 20 years. In the last 3 or 4 years, the quality has gone way down.

Save your money

Chad February 13, 2026

You can't hear out of it specially if you're driving down the road it doesn't cancel out noise. Nobody can hear you either. It's not worth the money. I wouldn't even pay $10.
