It was so easy and so cost effective. I needed to upgrade to windows 11 and this was the obvious choice. The only extra part I needed was for the dual monitors. I needed a VGA to HDMI adapter. It transferred all of my old files from my Microsoft account. The wireless keyboard works well as does the wireless mouse. I love using Walmart for my computer needs.
In my case this item meets my expectation as domestic ,not professional use.
I purchased this computer to replace an old, Windows 8 system that was running slow on the internet highway. It's smaller than my old machine, setup was easy and fast, am using the corded keyboard and mouse with this computer from my old computer (am saving the wireless units for future use). Connecting to my wifi router was very fast and easy, afterwhich it began to download and install any updates that was needed. Once that was completed, I began to surf the internet and was able to navigate through the waves of information without any hiccups, at a very fast pace, without any "wipe outs" along the way. Really a big difference of speed and power with the Windows 11 OS, as compared to my old Win8 machine. Mind you, I'm not a gamer person, just wanted a computer so that I could pay bills, surf the net, and get ready to do my taxes. For just normal, daily computer stuff... this computer works very nicely for the price. I do wish there were more USB ports in the back than on the front of the tower, and because of that, I had to run my printer cable from the front USB connection, which makes the computer look sort of 'ugly' in a way, can't be helped, at least my printer's working. Very smooth... very nice... easy to navigate without difficulty or headaches... so far.
This PC was very easy to setup, but it runs really slow; slow to boot, slow for internet tabs to load, just slow. I'm not a novice so in my opinion, this was not a good buy for me. But it wasn't terribly expensive so maybe that's why. But if you purchase an item for the listed price, whether low or what, it still should work properly.
I thought I was buying a new product. It did not come in original box, did not come with any paperwork (instructions or anything else) also did not come with anything to ser up the mouse or keyboard. The computer does not recognize. Where is the cd to get these set up? I am very disappointed with this purchase. I got a lot of bubble wrap and nothing else and then when I checked the warranty it said that the three-year warranty was almost up on this equipment, which means that it is not new.
I tried with original place of purchase Walmart then with company of origin, and still the computer has an expired warranty which tells me its either a used returned computer sold as new or it has been sitting on a shelf over a year. I need the warranty on this purchase and someone should have an answer for me.
The seller advertised this as a Windows 11 pc it is not it is W 10! I had to reset the PC after a week when I found the basic set up in the PC was wrong! It even identified itself as a Clapton with the wrong model number. After a morning of working with the HP support team I hope all will be well! Caveat emptor!
order and paid for this item delivery driver damaged the item! took it back to Walmart with my receipt they tell me a 3rd party sold the item.(market place)they took the item back and never gave me my refund back. track the item number and it have been delivered back to (market place company)but they will not give me my refund. so they have there item and my money. Be careful!
I believed it had a dvd player included. It is a fake spot made to look like one! I haven't been able to download any games (which it was bought for) because EVERYTHING has to be downloaded to the internet which it does not have as it is for my handicapped son who does not and will not, have access to the internet. Very disappointed in this purchase. I am still trying to figure out how to download what I want on it with an external DVD.
This computer was a return, obvious problems, former owner's data saved in auto fill. Because had internet problems, did not discover until after 30days. BIG piece of junk. When there is a problem/return, should automatically go back to distributor. Disgusted with Wal-Mart
