This is the best "paleo" chocolate I've found. I'm allergic to any sugar alcohol and erythritol. None of that in these tasty morsels. No cane or refined sugar either. Great product!

Deliciously dark!
I have been a dark chocolate gal for many years. I love the gems for just a quick snack or pick me up. But even more, I love Hu chocolate because of how clean it is. You won't find all that sugar that's in drugstore chocolate bars in Hu. As a result, there dark chocolate is 70% cacao and it is dark and delicious! Definitely, Hu uses certified fair trade ingredients! Since they came out with milk chocolate last summer, my allegiance has changed from dark chocolate to milk chocolate--but not just any milk chocolate, got to be Hu!

The perfect treat!
These bags are great for recipes and for snacking. The best part about these Gems are the quality and taste. Knowing you can eat chocolate with great ingredients and it tastes amazing is awesome! As a health coach I recommend Hu Chocolate to ALL my clients!

Life is missing something if I don't have a drawer full of Hu Gems
I've been on the AIP diet for 2+ years and have made it a priority to reintroduce chocolate. The chocolate I eat every time is Hu. I'm am hoping that the new ownership continues to see quality ingredients are important and the reason most of us buy HU.

The best ever
We have been cutting out added sugar in our diet but my husband still craves his morning mocha. He took a scoop of Gems and melted it with the espresso and Shazam! He had the most delicious mocha ever!! We got some mint Gems at the store and he had the best mint mocha!!

Beat chocolate snack out there
These little ‘gems' are extremely crave-able. Wonderful flavor and texture and melt wonderfully for baked items. Make sure to get the 3 pack. They won't last long!

A spoiled order messA chocolate mess
We picked these right up off of the porch when they came and when we opened the bag, it was one solid mass of chocolate, totally non-appetizing. I'm trying to figure out how to get a replacement or credit for this order.

Item apparently melted in route and solidified Encrusted with powder substance which caused integrity of chocolate to become rancid It was a block of a hard mess
