I am glad to be able to use Tumeric Chews by Humann because I have Iron Overload, a genetic disorder, which is also known as Hemachromatosis. Many with this condition take large doses of tumeric because it is anti-iron. However, I found that taking tumeric capsules caused me digestive discomfort. But when I take the Tumeric Chews, I don't have any digestive discomfort. I keep small bowls of the Tumeric Chews on my kitchen counter, which reminds me to take them daily. I purchased the Tumeric chewables for my husband and he swears by them. It has really made a change with his joint discomfort. He has tried other brands of tumeric but this has made a real difference. I recommended this to my sister. She won't be without them. Faithfully takes the recommended dosage daily.

I've been eating these for at least a year or so and I really enjoy them. The taste is probably not for everybody, it's sort of like chewing on an orange peel. Very citrus orangey. And they kind of turn your teeth yellow right afterwards but it goes away. I kept hearing about how the absorption rate for turmeric is low unless you add black pepper, peperine. But humann claims their formula is even better than adding the pepper. I believe them. I was thinking, just to cover all tracks they should have a version of these chews that adds pepper also (unnecessary?) Call it "spicy orange". But I've also noticed that businesses ignore my suggestions for new products because I don't know what I'm talking about and who do I think I am? Lol

Turmeric is not known for having pleasant flavor. The time taken to find the proper balance of turmeric to the other ingredients in these chews is very surprising. We noticed the unexpected orange flavor from the chews. Consuming turmeric in this way with this flavor combination makes us happy.

I started back to turmeric and am taking them since my wrist surgery along with my super beet chews and tart cherries. The flavors are all exceptional yo start my day. I soften them with my fingers as a game to stretch them out to thinner pieces.

I have been taken these chews for years and I truly believe they have helped my knee pain. I no longer have pain, and no popping when I bend them. This has been MY experience with Tumeric chews. Plus, they do taste good.

I'm pleasantly surprised how much I like these. The flavor is amazing. After a week I've noticed a lot less knee pain; in fact even more than I was hoping for so thank you! I will be adding to my standing order.

I used to take a different turmeric brand & fish oil. I felt taking both was redundant so I dropped the turmeric until I heard that fish oil was connected to A-fib. I then replaced the fish oil with Humann Turmeric. I really like the taste but am never sure if it contributes to how I feel. I walk 2-2.5 hours on most days.

The chews taste great and I hope tgey are reducing inflammation. They leave my tongue and teeth yellow and cause bad breath that I can not get rid of by brushing teeth or gum.

Although I really like their products, one has to be aware of the fact that turmeric inhibits, iron absorption, so if you have any problem at all with anemia, this is not something you should be taking. I learned the hard way. I hope this helps other people.
