Humco Benzoin Compound Tincture, 2 fl oz.

My sister had surgery recently and now has a stomach to bypass her large intestine. It requires sticking a “donut” onto her skin around the stoma and then sticking a bag onto the donut to catch the output from the stoma. A home health nurse recommended this product to increase the sticking power of both pieces, and it really works! It has increased the time between changes and helps prevent leaks from the bag. Highly recommend this product.

I read a product review of Kinesio tape that recommended using this before taping. I tried it, & it really makes that tape stick. It stays on for days - even through swimming & showering.

It holds steri-strips in place until wound heals. Works better than stitches and way cheaper!

Tincture of Benzoin has always worked for me in the past,& this is no exception!

This is without a doubt the most useful stuff. If you are using tape over a wound it will help the tape stick and cause it to be easily removed without skin irritation. I use it for my LifeStyle Libre 14 day sensors and haven't had one come off prematurely yet. It is easy to clean off the skin with light scrubbing.

This is great for keeping bandages in place. Especially where bandages like to come off like the wrist area. Just dabbed it on the area, waited a couple seconds, put the bandaid on and had no worries until I was ready to take the bandage off.
