This is a great product to lose a couple of pounds a week. If you have never used this product and would like to give it a try, I suggest take only 1 capsule a day for the first 2 or 3 days until you know exactly how your body will react to the ingredients. At first I had a few minor stomach pains and had to run to the bathroom, but it did work. I started with 1 pill twice a day as directed and reduced to 1 pill in am for 3 days then moved up to 1 pill 2x a day. Then I did as directed and took 2 pills 2x a day, but have found I had better results by taking 1 pill every 3-4 hours a day and my system was able to handle any side effects better. Actually, I was able to have better control of my side effects symptoms. I didn't have to run to the restroom as much. Another side effect is it made me gassy. It acts as a fat remover from the foods I ate, but I have lost 10 lbs. it the last 2-3 weeks. Also make sure you drink plenty of fluids while taking this product. It can make you slightly dehydrated. Overall, this is a good product for weight loss.

Started taking these about 2nd week of November. At first, was skeptical because I have tried other over the counter weight loss pills without seeing results, but I seen enough results with HydroxyCut Black to buy more. I've lost 11 lbs, which isn't much, but with the holidays, it's hard to stay on a fixed diet with all the delicious food and desserts. But, for me, even 11 lbs is something to cheer about!!

I've been using this product for two weeks. I do not get jittery when using it and I am not my usual hungry all the time. I've lost 3 pounds and I truly feel this product was the assist I needed to lose. I've been dieting for weeks and plateaued. I couldn't get past my first 10 lbs. Now I've gotten past it and will continue to use Hydroxycut Black. I'm hoping it brings me continued success !!

The Hydroxycut Black 60 rapid release liquid capsules is a great buy for anyone looking to lose weight. I have never tried any weight loss pills, but these have actually helped me lose some of the weight I've been looking to lose. I gained weight with my youngest son and now that he is 16 months, I am finding it hard to get rid of it. I have had very little energy after chasing after him and playing every day, but the Hydroxycut Black has surprisingly given me extra energy I need for a workout! It is 60 capsules, and you are supposed to take 1 capsule twice a day from day one to day three and then increase to two twice a day from day 4 and beyond. Unfortunately, there are not enough pills even to last an entire month in the bottle. On a positive note, it does give the much needed energy boost that one may need to do a workout. It has as much as caffeine as 2.5 cups of coffee in one serving (2 capsules). Of course, it states that according to a study done with this product, weight loss was increased when combining exercise and reduced calorie intake. It states that it provides a "sensory experience" and although I am not sure what that may be, it says it is from the 200 mg of "C. canephora robusta" ingredient that is robusta coffee extract. Per the claim of it boosting metabolism, I cannot say it is accurate, but it does maximize energy. It is a great value for the brand and purpose, because I thought they were much more expensive before I researched this. I did lose weight with this product and found it to be very helpful in the end. I would recommend using it to anyone who needs help losing weight!

I have used HydroxyCut products over the years and love the extra energy I got and enjoyed trying the newer products as they come along. I received this product as part of the Walmart Spark program, free of charge. I was super excited to try the Hydroxycut Black ultra advanced liquid-thermo technology. It said intense weight loss, boost metabolism, and maximize energy. I thought this could be a great combination for weight loss and boost my metabolism. Unfortunately, this product, just made me jittery and short tempered. In my opinion, this product does not work as well as the regular Hydoxycut. I have only taken 5 days, but the jitters/nausea/short temper is no better so I will stop taking these and go back to the regular Hydroxycut suppliments. Hopefully others will have better luck with the Hydroxycut Black.

since youll only let me review a single item out of the thousands ive bought this year, this is where my review is going. WATCH EXPIRATION DATES! A LOT OF IT IS EXPIRED. Every section in the food and supplement areas has items that are expired, and not just by a few days either. inspect everything you pick up. For example, there are packages with 3 sandwiches in them but only one of the sandwiches will have cheese/meat on it. Sometimes, it's every single package on the shelves. it's not unnoticed. it's ignored. To review this product, check out the other options for the same brand. Some are less effective than others. look for the little bar at the bottom of the bottle that says how much ingredient is in each one. id go with the highest amount. I think all the different kinds are about the same price anyway.

I felt very wired up. Almost light headed. I tried it for two days and discontinued. Everyone reacts differently to medications and vitamins and caffeine excetra. So perhaps others would feel different.
