Just started taking these, too early to say if they work. I do not feel any more energized and I'm still constipated. If you have a hard time swallowing capsules, this is not the pill for you to purchase.
These seem to be good vitamins with fruit and vegetables but not sure if they are really working. They are easy to swallow but taste is not real good.
This supplement caused horrible cramps and nausea! i wouldnt teccomend this to my worst enemy
I thought I was purchasing a different kind of this type of product not realizing it's the same product I received an open bottle with seal broken. These have garlic in them %26 it leaves a strong taste in your mouth %26 upsets my stomach. I loved garlic but it doesn't love my tummy anymore. I really want to return but not sure I can. If I can I will. If you can handle the garlic then go for it.
