Very Strong Works Well
Product works very well, but be aware, it is VERY strong! Absolutely DO believe the warnings on the label! You must first test your tolerance, don't just toss a couple in your mouth without first checking the right doseage for you! I found that even one was too strong for me, what DID work great was shaking contents of half a capsule into water for my morning workout, and taking the rest of the capsule for my early afternoon workout.
