As a 46 yo cyclist doing 50 a day and getting no results I started to take this out of confused desperation. I started to use it as a 1 pill caffeine supplement 4-5 days a week. After 3 weeks I can talk I am in fat burn mode. I dropped 6 lbs with 2 weeks off from cycling. There is no doubt this works. Start slowly. I just looked and it calls for 4 pills a day. I take 1, maybe a 2nd. I think I may start taking 2. I want to drop 7-10lbs more and am confident this will work. Basically it’s 2 lbs a week (healthy) like they advertise. To say I am impressed is an understatement. I have tried a lot of random supplements. 4 years ago I was in this fat burn mode and got below HS weight. Idk how I did it…but I 100% recognize what’s happening right now.

I love these things. they give me energy without jitters (I started with only 1 at a time) and curb my appetite. I like the heat too. the only complaint is the last 2 bottles I got, I had to literally cut them open. no amount of my strength (even with a gripper thing) could screw off the lid and my husband was at work both times... kinda insane

After trying this product, I prefer the original version. I use it for appetite control and extra energy. This version costs more and provides less benefit to me. Still a good product, just not my preferred version.

original Hydroxycut works better

Wouldn't recommend this to anyone who has acid reflux. They say no heat, which is true but still causes the reflux to act up. Only taking one every other day. I like Hydroxycut cause of the energy burst. I take them cause I don't want to waste money.

I couldn’t use them the liquid inside was black. I looked on the website for Hydroxcut and was told that for this to happen the capsules were either old or under extreme heat. I hated having to pay for a bottle of Hydroxcut I couldn’t use. I didn’t notice till the return date had passed. I had bought 2 bottles. The first bottle was fine. When I opened the second I noticed the red capsule with Black liquid inside. I wasn’t about to use them

So let me start off by saying that I love Hydroxycut. I have used their products for over 15 years. This is the first product I’ve had an issue with. These capsules leaked as soon as the bottle was opened. The red stain that they left on my hands was difficult to remove and I wish I took pictures. Some were not open so I thought I’d try those that it was just a few. I put a couple in my pill case to take to work and they opened up to. Where I live it is not super hot or super cold it’s really in the middle so I don’t think it’s that. I think it’s just poor design it a bad batch of capsules. Either way I was only able to take a few pills that were not open and I didn’t notice any jittery effects. I would not recommend this product.

It gives too much energy, I didn’t lose any additional weight, had awful headaches, and when combining with workouts I felt like I was going to pass out. Pre workout and any other fat burner from gnc works better, and will give better results. If you workout hard and want to take this I wouldn’t recommend.
