I enjoyed the taste and the heat was perfect - not too hot - a pleasant burn that left me craving more. But other than that I can't recommend this product. I did not change my eating habits during this 30 day period to make sure that I was accurately evaluating this product. My weight was higher every single day I took this product until the very last day when I weighed in at 207.6. I did really like the fact that it has no stimulants, but in the end this product did not work for me. Bear in mind that I am 65 years old and my metabolism is not the same as it was when I was 20, 30 , 40 or even 50! I do lift weights regularly though and I consider myself fairly active otherwise. This product may work better for someone who is younger or someone who is more active.
