I definitely lost a little weight (and I'm fairly sedentary) because my pants are looser though I don't have a scale so I haven't officially checked. It didn't keep me up at night nor did it increase my heart rate like I thought it would, though I do tend to have a high tolerance to things. I didn't notice any funny aftertaste. I don't think I'd recommend it for any substantial weight loss, but if you're looking to lose just 5-10 lbs, I would suggest trying it.

Diet made easy.
Cost allot,,,but better price than other stores offer...was and is a highly product i would recommend...Follow directions and you loose weight fast,,,curves hungry feeling,plus energized and get a winning feeling though the days without low energy due to not eating eveytime and all the time!

This is the best legal energy diet supplement out there in my opinion! I use this and the extreme together one of each in the morning I'm good all day!

FAVORITE WEIGHT CONTROL
I love these supplements to lose weight , and keep my weight in check . I've tried some of the other “versions” of Hydroxycut , but find myself always coming back to this particular one . It seems to work the best with my body “chemistry “ . I have also found within my own intimate “circle” , that different versions of this product work differently for different people . You just have to experiment a little to see .

OMG!!!! Phenomenal product!!!! NO JIGGERS, NO HEADACHES!!!! This product TRULY WORKS but I;m NOT surprised because I used to drink Hydroxy Cut Strawberry shakes back in the early 2000's and it help then as it continues today!!! HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

It did not work for me.
I bought this for the second time and i didnt work on me at all i work out 4 days a week mostly i try to burn 700 to 800 cal per day i didnt see any changes in my weight or energy using this.
