Works pretty well. I've been using it for few months. Didn't really exercise just my normal daily routine, I did adjust my diet to basically vegan. Started at around 135 now 120. Pretty annoying that they keep changing the price. Would also be nice it was available in more stores.

Its tasteless to me, helps jump start your routine to get you leaner while at the gym... works better if you eat clean... no jittery effect... helped me poop more and was overall satisfied with the after results

I really like the vitamins that are in the blend, always a nice thing to see. And then you definitely begin to notice the increase in your metabolism that helps with the weight loss/trimming up process. Also, the energy boost from the caffeine content is a nice addition as well!

been on the pills for less than a month and already lost 7 pounds. i take 1 at 9 am, drink my protain shake then at noon i take 2 more and eat something light like salmon, salad or a snack and i dont get hungry after that..just water for the rest of the day.

I started using this product in mid January 19 and I feel it has aided in my weight loss with appetite control. I am in my mid 40’s and have low metabolism. I have had no jittery side effects like other similar products. I have lost 10 pounds since mid January to today, 28 February 19 and have lost a total of 8 inches throughout my body, while using MyFitnessPal App and on a 1300 calorie daily diet, frequent excercise and using this product. I don't understand why the price doubled on these pills. I've purchased these over 4 times and they were always priced below $20. What is up with that ?
