These are the best pills. They can be swallowed with water but they also dissolve quickly as well. They start working immediately and calm the leg cramps right away. I highly recommend them.

I have been using this for years. I try to make sure I drink enough water and I do have a bar of Ivory soap(old wives tale) under my mattress. But when I get leg cramps or feel them coming on, this has been a life saver. I also use their Restless Leg remedy too for when my legs just wont settle down. Try it, I think you will agree.

GREAT HYLAND'S NATURES!!
I have leg and hand cramps and I put 2 tablets under my tongue as fast I can and the cramps are gone fairly soon. I have recommended these to a number of friends over the years. Cramps are not easy to deal with so I do not run out of this product. THANKS FOR "HYLAND'S NATURES LEGS CRAMPS".

This product works! Very happy with it. Works fairly quickly and relieved even my husband worst night time legs cramps. I have used it for foot cramping and been pleased with the results! I highly recommend this product!
