Didn't expect this tool to impress me the way it did. Power is usable for my applications, I didn't expect it to hit like a matco air impact so when it performed as well as it did I was shocked. The battery life is decent, and it is used in a automotive service center not just my private garage. So it gets used hard.

Best 60 bucks i ever spent on a power tool gets the job done very useful a reliable for working on car suspension very strong and powerful i never had a problem with it and I am very pleased with this power tool would most definitely buy other power tools from this brand ! Go hyper tough

For the weekend car guy there is no better value for your money. Simple utilitarian design and can do everything from lug nuts to harmonic balancers in reasonable time. ive done 90% of everything on my car with no issue. Cylinder Head rebuild, suspension, engine work, you name it. This hip shooter is in a league of its own in terms of form factor and power. you have a brushed 20v compact at half the weight. Great tool. No issues to speak of yet.

VERY IMPORTANT. Right out of the box it did not want to run. It would not run without being overloaded. However I believe that once the grease gets moving through the tool, it becomes very handy to have. Would keep the box and receipt if you are skeptical.

I was sciptial skeptical at the 12 V thinking that it would not have enough power, but this thing is great has enough power to take off lug nuts on a vehicle you can tell by the weight Of it, , you can tell it's well built and will withstand years of use

It's a good little impact and reasonably priced too. If you are looking for an inexpensive tool to add to your home arsenal, I'd recommend getting one.

Great for perform light work around a car, to quickly zap off trim pieces. Also sufficient to remove some structural fasteners. But for larger more stubborn bolt/screw best to use heavier duty 20V tool for the job that are lower RPM but higher torque.

I received the item, opened the box, and found the battery already installed. I pressed the button and nothing happened just a clicking sound. The light comes on and the battery shows a good charge, but it doesn’t work at all. I didn’t even get a chance to use it because it arrived broken right out of the box.

Maybe I received two bad impacts but both wouldn't work at all when pressing the triggers. Only would make a click sound. Made sure to have full batteries before using also. Returned both.

like others have stated, right out of the box mine had issues, as soon as you pull the trigger all you got was a click and the green lights flash. gonna return this one and try another one.
