I bought it on the advice of a YouTuber who said it was a great value for the money. and he was right, I use it all the time to work on my own cars, and I'd like to go to the parts yard every weekend, so it sees lots of use. I barely ever have to charge the battery, and more importantly, I'm glad I wasn't locked into a battery ecosystem like DeWalt or Milwaukee. And it still doubles as a hand ratchet: If I need to break loose a bolt that's too tight for the tool, and then can immediately use the powered mode to remove it the rest of the way.

This is my first one, but I've got to say I love it. It gets the job done quick I know some people were complaining that it wasn't quite strong enough. I went ahead and ordered a second battery for it. That was a little bit newer, and it gave it a little extra more power but when you tighten things down or loosen them, you have to do it manually. These are not designed to break a bolt loose. They're just designed to bring them bolts in and out quickly as possible to get the job done as soon as possible I love this tool. It works great. It's got power. Haven't had a problem with it yet and it stays charged for a while.

It's good quality and holds up well even for hours at time of continuous use. Good battery life. Even though it's only a ratchet it does break stuff free quite well under its own power. Then you take the price into account. You really just can't beat it...

I am pleased and satisfied with this tool I always wanted an e ratchet and now that I have it I really use it alot for DIY project on my car very strong and powerful

I'm not a professional mechanic but this tool has come in very handy for my projects . Not sure how it compares to the brand names but for the money this is a sure thing

Works well. I wish it had an extra battery but buying an extra battery was only $20 so I didn't think that was too bad. Otherwise it's good to know the hyper tough brand will be around if I have an issue I had another brand from Amazon, but they don't sell it anymore so I couldn't get any replacement parts. I hope that won't be the case for this one.

I was searching for a good quality tool for occasion use w/o a high price tag. This item fit the description. It's of excellent quality, carrying case is sturdy and convenient.

super tough, could handle the toughest jobs. needed this tool for some time. trigger in exactly right place for good grip and easy operation. time for me to lose old ratchet wrenches. great value.

This Hyper Touch cordless 3/8” ratchet is fine for minor work, but a requirement for faster heavy duty jobs requires an impact tool. This tool is good use for smaller hardware only.

I spend decent amount of time working on cars and I found my air ratchet too cumbersome in tight spaces, for the price point this seems good quality and backed with 2 year warranty.really worked well under dash where I couldn’t move hand tools.for a hobbyists this use a good tool
