This item pulled my suv with me in it on the tow truck with no issues! It was cheap in price but welllll worth it. I would recommend it to anyone. It is manual and yes my husband pumped my truck up from the ground to the mid of the tow truck. Have a lot of muscle is all I can say!

I purchased two of these. They are a “just in case” purchase. I travel and thought it couldn't hurt to have them.

I ordered this product to actually straighten %26 tighten our chain link fence that my sons put up for our dogs. When I received it, both boys, they are adults, said it was a great product %26 well built. This Granny did good this time ❤️

Power Puller is well built, gears mesh good, lock and release is smooth, i like it.

I was in need of this item for assistance with moving a small shed from my neighbors yard to my yard. It was not possible to achieve my objective without a come long or heavy equipment. The tool was fairly easy to use and much sturdier than I first suspected. I was able to have use of it again for repairing a damaged trailer.

These generic pullers arent especially well made but serve their purpose as long as they arent used too often or too roughly. Ive owned a number of these over the decades with the same results. They bend out of shape pretty easily and/or the cable fray/tangles, and so on after just a few uses. So yes, these pullers are useful but are cheaply made.

I recieded jack box was not damaged but the jack had two dents in the cover , appeared to be damaged and sent out

WHEN item arrived, corner of box was damaged. upon opening, item (im assuming) was supposed to come inside a sealed plastic bag.. that was also opened. Its held together with little push pins and cotter pins (which also has some oddball non matching of that as well.) when i goto tighten the cable, the teeth shift over to a point that i had to add my own and proper hardware to maintain its structural integrity. i guess i paid full price for returned tool. smh.

piece of crap. Instruction do not match item. Made flimsy. Didn't pull anything.

Quality Control (QC) and general build quality are apparently very poor. Device failed on first use before even building up any tension (~200 lbs); no where close to 2 tons. Potentially dangerous if it failed at higher tension.
