Excellent bolt cutter!
I locked myself out of my storage shed and the lock was a Brinks 3-digit combination lock. Without a key unlock option, I needed to cut the lock off. I don't know why there are any negative reviews on here but this 18" bolt cutter, but it did exactly what it was supposed to do. It cut through the lock like a hot knife through butter.

Worked as intended
It cut through a master lock that I lost the key for. Virtually no damage to the cutting surface of the cutter blades. Not sure why all the bad reviews. I almost didnt buy it. Worked fine.

wire shelving cut
size of "bolt" to be cut is very important. for me 1/4" is about the limit for this item. for the price it worked fine for my need. Longer handle version providing more leverage migh be better for some

I cut a few tire chain links... Then the blade broke and the shrapnel went flying. Glad it missed me, especially my eyes. I heard it hit something in the yard.
